Lisa has been greeting everyone in the church office since 2010. She directs phone calls and foot traffic, manages membership and the database, orders office supplies, oversees office volunteers, edits communications, assists the ministerial staff, and backs up the financial administrator. Lisa brings experience in retail banking, corporate banking, and program administration to her work at Knollwood.
North Carolina born and bred, Lisa met her husband at Wake Forest University. Unlike Lisa, he was born in the Midwest, grew up in Southern California, and spent his high school years as a Connecticut Yankee. They have a daughter, a graphic designer in New York City; and a son, studying environmental science at UNC–Chapel Hill. A tuxedo calico cat, Sammi, is their only pet. Lisa loves the beach, all things Wake, Duke basketball, her Carolina Panthers, and “the three Rs—reading, (w)riting, and racquetball!"
