A charcuterie board is more than just a platter of meats and cheeses — it’s a celebration of flavors, textures, and colors. Originating from French culinary traditions, charcuterie involves curated assortments of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, spreads, and sometimes olives and pickles.
Bring your favorite empty charcuterie board or plate, and Mary Cutler will lead us to create a board to share with family and friends. She will focus on how to create a meal for two on your board and other nontraditional types of boards.
