What is God like? Our elementary students have been pondering that question on Wednesday nights together, and they are eager to share their thoughts with the congregation. Our children will lead our congregation in worship on March 10. Children’s Sunday is always one of the highlights of the year at Knollwood, and we look forward to worshipping with you. Don’t miss it!
Our kids work hard for months preparing the service and always lead us with poise and grace beyond their years. The theme for this year’s service, “What Is God Like,” is a wonderful reminder to us all that God comes to us and meets us in a variety of ways as we grow in our faith. Come and hear from our children about the ways in which they encounter God.
As a part of this service, we collect a special cash offering that goes to our Designated Children’s Missions Fund. This fund allows our children to do missions and service projects all year long, so please give generously. (Checks are also accepted, just mark the memo line “Children’s Missions Fund.”)
All children participating in Children’s Sunday will rehearse on Saturday, March 9, at 10 AM, followed by a lunch for all kbc.kids and their families. This rehearsal is very important so please make it a priority to be present.
