The Trinity is not a dogma to be mastered but a wonder to be known: a God of love (the Heavenly Abba) draws near in Jesus Christ (the Son) and continues to be present in a vital, personal way (the Holy Spirit). And yet these unfolding experiences with God arise from the same depths of Divine Love, much as the sun ray warming one's face is one with the sun from which it sprang.
