This year’s stewardship theme is “Responding to God’s Abundant Grace.” It invites us to think about the blessings that God has bestowed upon us and Knollwood and how doing our part makes so much of God’s best work possible.

Your gifts are the primary way that we fund the programs and personnel for collective worship, faith formation, mission partnerships, fellowship, and ministries of inclusion. It takes all our gifts and offerings to make our annual Ministry Plan a reality. When we commit our resources to God’s work among us at Knollwood and beyond, we become conduits for God’s abundant grace and transforming love through the impactful ministries of the church.
We hope you’ve received your commitment card in the mail, but if you did not, you may pick one up in the pews or around campus. On Sunday, Nov. 15, we will bring our commitment cards forward during worship and offer our gifts to God, who can do infinitely more than we can imagine with our shared gifts. This year we also have an online commitment form available if you would prefer to make your pledge that way. Your intention to give to the ministries and mission of the church are an important part of our discernment about what is possible in the year ahead. We also understand that circumstances can shift or change in a given year, and commitments can be adjusted as needed.
If you cannot be present on Commitment Sunday, please return your card to the church office by mail or in person by Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2026. You can also pledge to financially support Knollwood’s future by using the online form or sending a confidential email to our church administrator, Robin Spainhour, at robin@knollwood.org.
