The nonprofit Heart Math Tutoring, based in Charlotte, is expanding to Winston-Salem and will launch 1:1 math tutoring for first- and second-graders at Bolton Elementary School. Volunteers are needed for 30 minutes or 1 hour a week at 11 AM or 1:10 PM any day Monday-Thursday, starting in October.
On Tuesday, Aug. 29, Knollwood will host a community informational meeting about Heart Math from 5:30-6:30 PM in the WCC Community Room. Please join us and invite others to learn more about this vital new program. Just a bit of your time each week can help change a young person’s life forever.
