The Fall Family Retreat is for all KBC.Kids and KBC.YM and their families. We will spend the day together at Camp Manna, about 40 minutes away from Knollwood. This year's theme is "Pause With a Purpose." Together we will explore Psalm 23:1-3 and how we can find intentional times in our lives to connect with God and our faith.
The Fall Family Retreat is for all KBC.Kids and KBC.ym and their families. We will spend the day together at Camp Manna in Mocksville, about 40 minutes from Knollwood. The cost is $25 per person.
This year’s theme is “Pause With a Purpose.” Together we will explore Psalm 23:1-3 and how we can find intentional times in our lives to connect with God and our faith.
Adults, children, and youth will have their own breakout sessions on Saturday, where they will explore the theme more in depth. Adults will then have a breakout session on Sunday morning at KBC during the Sunday school hour.
As a whole group, we will be able to eat lunch, have free time, do a service project, and worship together.
Free-time activities will include paintball (for middle schoolers, high schoolers, and adults), yoga, paddle boats and kayaks, sand volleyball, a playground, board games, and hiking.
There will be childcare provided during the two breakout sessions for children ages infant through pre-K, in which they will also explore the theme of rest and connection in an age-appropriate way.
