Rev. Dr. Courtney Allen Crump was called to serve as Knollwood’s fifth senior pastor on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026. She attended Vanderbilt University for undergrad and received her Master of Divinity degree from the Wake Forest University School of Divinity and her doctorate from Bexley Seabury Seminary Federation. Before coming to Knollwood, she was the senior pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Richmond, Va., for 11 years.
She and her husband, Josh, have one daughter.
